Saying Goodbye To 2016!

First of all, Happy New Year everyone! I hope that your 2017 is going to be everything that you hope for! I honestly can't believe it's 2017 already.  What happened?  Anyway...

2016 was quite a busy year for me, with a couple of rather big milestones. The biggest of the lot definitely being that I graduated. I now officially have a BA of Arts in Graphic Design, specialising in Multimedia... I know a mouthful right? Now, what exactly does that mean you might ask? Well, basically I am now a 2D & 3D Animator and web designer. Eeek...

The past three years has been some of the most exciting, as well as challenging years of my life. I can't tell you how many all-nighters, tears in times of frustration and cheers at stages of breakthrough, I have had. I have made some really special memories and wouldn't change it for anything in the world.

Now, towards the end of 2016, my blog was kind of left out in the cold for a bit. And the fact that it was my final year at uni has a lot to do with it, but let's be honest, my blog and I have always had a bit of an on and off relationship over the past, almost, 2 years.

Look, this year my degree did take priority, and rightly so... However, I also found myself feeling slightly uninspired at times and I didn't want to post just for the sake of it. I always want to produce posts that I love, and in turn, that I think you will love and find helpful.

This being the perfect segway to what I am planning for the new year... I really want to spend more time creating blog posts that I am passionate about. So I have decided to make 2017 the best year ever.

I can't say I have ever had much success with new year's resolutions before. Thus I have decided to do something a little different. I have created a sort of "Bucket List", or "Life List" rather, of things I would like to accomplish over the next year. I haven't quite finished my list just yet, but I am planning on writing a more detailed post about it later this week, so keep your eyes peeled for that...

One again I can't believe it's the start of a new year, but thank you to everyone who joined my blog in 2016, and hopefully 2017 will see a big improvement in my blogging skills and regular posts.

Lots of Love

xx
